1. Reformat your Existing eBook into Modules - The first step is to take your existing eBook and break it down into modules or "lessons" (depending on what you are teaching); The easiest way to do this is in Microsoft Word. I would have a nice cover page with a professional graphic/image of your eBook, then separate your material into lessons, i.e., Lesson 1, Lesson 2, Lesson 3, etc. or Module 1, Module 2, Module 3, etc. I can't tell you how many Lessons/Modules you should have because it depends on the size of your eBook that you are converting into an eCourse. My suggestion is 4-6 Lessons/Modules. Any longer than that and you may lose the person's interest. Remember, most people have very short attention spans. So shorter is better. Note: If you do have a lengthy eBook that you want to convert to an eCourse, simply create a "Level 1" package and a "Level 2" package. For example, in Level 1, you would have 6 Lessons and then in Level 2, you would have 6 additional "Lessons."

2. Save Final Copy as a PDF - Once you have taken your eBook and broken it down into Lessons/Modules, then you need to convert it from a Word document to a PDF document. Make sure you have your website address and copyright information in the footer of the document.

3. Write a Long Sales Page for your eCourse - Selling online is an art. Believe me when I tell you that you absolutely MUST have long sales copy to sell your eCourse. It also helps to add audio or video on your sales page as well. I have a sales page template that I give to all my students to help them write the sales page for their online course. Good sales copy is critical to your success. A long sales page should include the following: An attention grabbing headline, a photo of you, your personal story, benefits to the potential customer, how the eCourse will be delivered, a brief description of each lesson/module, testimonials, the pricing, a link to sign up, and a money back guarantee. Don't leave any of these elements out. The longer the better.

4. Benefits and Pricing - The key to pricing your eCourse properly has to do with what "benefits" you add to it. I tell my students that an eCourse is just an "eBook with benefits". So here are some benefits you can add to your eCourse: unlimited Ecoaching during the eCourse (email coaching), individual coaching, Special Reports, eBooks, Access to a Private Member's Area, Video Tutorials, etc. Remember, the more benefits you have, the more you can charge. I have 3 packages for my eCourses and each one includes different benefits and my eCourses range from $97 to $297.

5. Deliver your eCourse through Aweber - There are many ways you can do this, however, I personally use and prefer Aweber to build my list, to communicate with my list and to deliver my eCourses. Aweber is very user-friendly and you can set up each email message with your Lesson as an attachment. So once someone purchases your eCourse, you can manually add them to your Aweber list for that eCourse or you can have it automatically connected through a shopping cart program.

6. Test your eCourse before your Launch - Go into AWeber once your eCourse is set up and test it by adding yourself as a client. Make sure everything is working properly before you launch your eCourse.

7. Launch your New eCourse - Once you have your Lessons set up, your payment method, your sales page and your online course set up in Aweber, then it's time to launch your eCourse! You can do this through your current list, social media, emails to family and friends, etc. If you teach classes or live seminars, you should have a sign up sheet and have those attendees sign up for your online course. Offer them a discount to do so.

Truth is that login details on wordpress are not encrypted at sign in and hackers could just take advantage of this. Your password is sent unencrypted whenever you login, especially when you use public network.

Change login name from "Admin" to something else

To do this, log into your dashboard, locate users link, create a new user, and assign the role of an Administrator to that user. Once you have successfully created that, log out of your dashboard and login with the new user. Locate users again, to your right on user list, locate the admin user and click on delete. As you are taken to the deletion confirmation, select “Attribute all posts and links to:” and select finally your new username from the drop down bar. All content from your post by the Admin will now be transferred to the new user account.

This is where all information relating to your site is and anyone can take advantage of it. All you need to do to bring extra security is to install password-protect, a plugin that will password protect your wp-admin directory. To achieve this, you need to install AskApache Password Protect



Use anti Brute Force attack:

These hackers are always looking for loopholes and do not give it to them. They can also crack your password using brute force or attack. You will therefore need to install login lockdown plugin to record the ip and timestamp of every failed attemtp to hack your site. Once it is detected, the plugin will disable login function attempt from that range of ip.

The first thing you need to do is decide how you want to make money online. There are typically EIGHT online business models to choose from.

- Affiliate model -Setting up links on your site and when people click and purchase you get paid a percentage for those clicks.

- CPA model - (Cost per Action) There are websites that have lists of big companies that pay you every time someone links from your site to theirs and enters their email address, whether they buy or not.

- Retail Model- You sell retail products, either your own or someone else's and in that case a lot of times the companies drop ship them for you.

- Advertising Model - Once you drive enough traffic to your site or Blog you find companies relative to your site and they pay you to advertise on your site.

- Continuity model- This is when you typically have a product, for example a dating guide site that puts out a new instructional DVD monthly and people are signed up to get the DVD monthly and automatically get billed. Then you make money every month until the person cancels. This could also be your own site and done with your product.

- Info Product model- Where you have or make good content and sell it via EBook, DVDs, Newsletter and so on.

- Launch model- You have a new product or buy the rights to one and contact companies with a huge email list and work out a deal with them to sell your product through their email list.

- Product distribution model- This is where you take your product (EBook, DVDs, softwares, scripts etc) and distribute them to other sites, i.e. Amazon.com and they sell them for you.
The Second thing you do is to come up with your online money making business plan. This includes one of the above businesses. Folks pick one and stick with it.
The Third step is to pick a Domain name. There are two schools of thought on this, pick a name that includes you product type i.e. Tim's Book Sales. Now you know it is a book sales site. The second school of thought is to pick a name that can be turned into a brand name, i.e. Amazon.com, which has nothing to do with book sales but it worked.

The fourth thing you will have to do is get a hosting account, this is where your website files will be stored and you will build your site. Signing up your hosting account for a longer period of time will rank your site better on Google and other search engines. So if you can afford it, do it and if not, no problem. Now when you sign up for your domain they will all try to sell you on extra things, such as Get 1000 Hits. In most cases these are just computer systems, not people who are searching for your type of site. It depends on what type of site you are setting up, so if you are in sales you will want a security seal. If you find yourself unsure of what something is, open a new tab and Google it.

The Fifth step: Now you are working from home and about to start making money online. Building your site is one of the biggest steps and if you want to do it yourself use WordPress. You will have to pick a site design that fits your online business.
The Sixth step is to drive traffic. This is the most important thing because without it you are dead in the water. I am still researching the best way to do this. Most hosting companies have a SEO (Search Engine Optimizer) package and so you want to repeatedly use the same key words. Do your research on this, it is the key to your success online.

Resale rights have been around for a long time...the best way to describe them in terms of information products is this: you purchase the rights to be able to sell copies of an information product such as a video, an audio, or a text file, like a PDF, and you can sell the  product, over and over again and keep all of the profits.

So resale rights is something that you're doing in order to go into business for yourself. Master resale rights is more of a business opportunity or a business venture. We all know people will pay way more money for something that will make them money than they'll pay for something in general, so you can charge more for your product if you are including resale rights.

Now, private label rights products are a little different. Private label rights products are created with the intention of you putting your name on them...of you being the author, the creator of such a product. You can change the name of the product, do whatever the heck you want to with it, free and clear-no restrictions.

You will see these in the real world as well-it is done very frequently in the food industry. For instance, you can go to your favorite restaurant and they will serve root beer with their name on it, but it's not really home-brewed by the restaurant, they just buy it from someone else and slap their label on it.
With the internet and information products, it's a whole other level because the profit margin is insane--because there's no cost to reproduce. Think about it, if you're selling the product digitally, there's no cost to reproduce a PDF once you have it, so the profit margin is just off the hook. This is one of the reasons why knowing how to make money online with resale rights is a bright idea.
